Today kicks off the second of four blogs focused on the category tracks of the Second Annual International Information Sharing Conference (IISC), taking place September 11–12, 2018 at the Hilton in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The four tracks selected for the two-day event are: Government and Legislation; Improving the Value of Information Shared; Hot Trends; and Growing your Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (ISAO). The ISAO Standards Organization (ISAO SO) is interested in hearing from the community on tried and trusted approaches for improving the value of information shared. So important is this topic, the ISAO SO selected Improving Information Sharing as the theme of the conference.
The ISAO SO is currently reviewing abstracts exploring methodologies to measure the value of information shared. Potential speakers have just over one month left to submit an abstract for consideration. Your proposed presentation or panel discussion should provide practical advice and solutions to equip attendees with the knowledge to meet today’s ever-changing cybersecurity challenges. All proposals will be evaluated on the value provided to ISAOs and the community at large.
Abstract submissions due: May 14, 2018!Don’t miss the opportunity to join representatives from information sharing groups with varying levels of experience, security practitioners from around the world, major technology innovators, and well-established cybersecurity organizations, as they come together to discuss the impact ISAOs have had on the nation’s security. Attendees will gain education and awareness from keynote addresses, presentations and panel discussions on key topics, technology demonstrations, high-level networking opportunities, and access to key vendors in the expo hall. Registration coming soon!
