Michelle Rodriguez-Gil is a Business Analyst with LMI, and one half of the Web Development support team in her role for the ISAO Standards Organization. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Cyber Security from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), and is currently working on her Master of Science in Information Technology with a Cyber Security concentration from UTSA.
A self-proclaimed military brat, she grew up in an Air Force family who lived everywhere! She is the middle sister in a set of a triplets, all separated by just one minute. She began her career supporting operations at the U.S. Embassy in the Dominican Republic, before joining LMI where she’s worked over four years, contributing to five different projects. Her colleagues may be a bunch of jokesters, but she takes her education seriously and holds several professional certificates, including: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Security+, and Cloud+ to name a few. Between school and certificate exams, she also leads a group of graduate students conducting security risk assessments.When asked what excites her most about working with the ISAO SO, she responded, “Being exposed to and inspired by other ambitious cyber security professionals and working with a great team.”
In her spare time, Miss Rodriguez-Gil enjoys being physically active, reading on her Kindle, cooking, and attending live comedy shows. She lives in San Antonio with her boyfriend and four month old German Shepherd, Luna.
